Robintyrell2 (Original Poster), I really hope you get your dogs in time for Christmas. However, if all does not go well, be sure to start a dispute with PayPal. There is a time limit for this. Also, would you be kind enough to leave the seller appropriate feedback whether or not you get the dogs?

I see your seller has been on eBid only a month, has zero feedback, and has provided absolutely nothing in his or her "About Me" section. Sorry to say, under such conditions I would feel it's necessary to ask for an invoice before sending online payment. This is to give me an indication that the seller is attentive enough to take this first step in the transaction, and capable of communicating.
