Eleven days to dispatch

Was it a RUS seller?, not saying that all sellers who use RUS are shoddy with their despatch.
Could the seller be slow due to the weather problems in some parts of the country?

With respect, weather has nothing to do with it. If you look at Royal Mail website it clearly states:

Last post second class 18th December

Last post first class 20th December

Item was bought well in advance of those dates and if the seller bothered to look he/she would know that 23rd was too late. Again, poor customer service. Just MHO

11 days?....i wonder if this seller was a dropshipper who didn't have the item to hand, but was advertising nonetheless?....disappointing by any stretch of the imagination and of course another poor example for Ebid.
Myself ....i think i'd refrain from leaving feedback as i really don't believe that it will motivate the seller to up their game ....11 days? tut, tut.
