ASL / asking a question glitch?

Someone said they messaged me in ASL, but I cannot see thier message for love nor money. Granted this is someone I have had a minor problem with in the past, and who is now using different names on ebid and paypal (different first AND last names), so I dont know how much is true,
BUT
reading Ebid forums, this evening, other people seem to be saying they havent had replies from people on ASL, and I am wondering, therefore, if there is an actual glitch in there somewhere?

(and if you have bought something and have a question, you will have my paypal email address, that is my main email account, so please email me on it - if I dont reply to ASL it is simply because I cannot see and have had no notification of your message. If you are buying and have a question, and I dont reply, again theres a message problem, and you can PM me here via forums!)

I'd be surprised if there really was a problem. I've had questions and I've answered questions recently.

If someone has asked you a question via the ASL it will appear in the ASL log.

If it was via a live listing it will appear in the Q&A section of the listing details page.

They will both also show up in your My eBid Dashboard > Q&A tab
