Very odd?

Well it is late and I am maybe missing something or just losing the plot, but...

I went on the analytics tonight to have a look at the visitors and see if it could tell me anything new. One of my sales was to a new eBid buyer today and no matter how I try and prove otherwise it would appear that the purchase and payment was made on an iPad.

The landing page was the open item for sale and the exit page was the closed (sold) item. The duration of that visit was a total of 6 minutes and I can see no other visitor who landed on that listing.

The iPad used was the older iOS 5.1.1 operating system.

Whilst I wouldn't want to raise any false hopes, I am at a loss to find any evidence that this was purchased on anything else but an iPad.

Yep.

I have spent nearly an hour now trying to prove to myself that they didn't manage to make the purchase on an iPad - at the moment I can't.

I use eBid on my iPad. Not with an app, but with the site bookmarked in chrome. Not all functions are available, like modifying description, but some are.

Can't remember if I've ever bought anything using the iPad. I'll have to try it.

ive bought and listed using my ipad. i have ebid bookmarked in chrome and have never had any problems

Yes, and I can access the site, close listings etc on Windows using my Nokia 710 phone.
