    Default Problems listing with Ninja

    I usually list on Ebay with turbo lister and then download a CSV file which I use to list the same items on Ebid. I've not experienced any problems doing this (and have listed over 600 items this way). However I've just downloaded the newest version of Ninja (1.13 I think it was) and things have gone a bit Pete Tong. I've downloaded the file without problems, I've uploaded it to Ninja. I can get the file to display on Ninja, I press the upload now button. It will go through it's sequences (i.e. loading images etc) it will tell me it's loaded, the little box says it's 100% complete and then ...................nothing. (The 100% complete message stays on screen)

    Can I have a bit of advice please. I'm not having any other problems with my PC so I'm assuming it's a problem specific to Ninja.

    Just tried it again. It gets as far as the message box "Saving a file on the server… 100% please wait. I've left it up to 15 minutes and nothing else happens.

    I've tried on two different PC's now and still no joy. Does anyone know if there are any bugs with the latest version of Ninja or am I just being unlucky?

    I don't really use ninja lister much at all.......so maybe shouldn't even answer, but, isn't there normally a lag between when you upload and the time it shows up? I know with bulk edit there is.................

    Thanks for the advice - I've moved the thread. It's not a time lag thing, it just doesn't finish the process (I left it running for about 4 hours just incase)

    Can you zip up your c:/users/%YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME%/Ninjalister folder and email it to support at ebid dot net

    Sorted it. I went through everything that had changed since the last time I imported a CSV file. I realised I'd changed my anti virus provider. I went back to my previous provider and I downloaded the file first time.
