I am busy listing some more wigs on my ebid shop wigs and wotnots, is there anyway I can put a note on the listings
that only I can see, as with the number of wigs I have I need to know the item number and which box they are.in.

Use the SKU. It does show on the listing, but in an unobtrusive place in the right hand column.
