Problems opening a new Ebid Store

Help again,please - another plea for help from a newcomer struggling with eBid's systems.I am trying to open a store.I have completed the 3 sections,although I didn't really understand what I was supposed to put in Section 3 for category and sub-category.Because I am trying to sell primarily records I put "Records" as the category and "45s and EPs" as the sub-category.I assume that I have to put something in Section 3.

Having fully completed all 3 sections I can't fathom out what to do next.I click on "online" but nothing seems to happen and the store is still showing as "offline" for the purpose of new listings.I am probably missing something here but I cannot see a link anywhere to click on and make the whole thing go "live".

Where am I going wrong,please?

After setting the option to Online you must click on the Update Section Two button below.
