in my S.G.cat' it's under jubaland sg No63 as a colonial propaganda stamp from Cyrenaica(sg 32), but opt 'OLTRE GIUBA' valued at 20p/£2.25p in1993 hope this helps.I would put the stamp under Italian colonies
