    Default Sellers get a fair deal on eBid, Yet!!

    Granted the traffic on eBid could be of greater volume, and do viewers lack the confidence to purchase on here? Personally, I have growing dislike for eBay, one of my many gripes. The small trader is slowly but surely being squeezed out of the market to make way for the large retail outlets, now listing not 100’s but 1000’s of items.
    I know, I know, If U can’t stand the heat!!
    Well that is just what I have done and moved over to eBid.

    I know just how you feel. I was on ebay for four years selling bits and bobs and also buying things I collected. I spent a lot of money buying stuff. My sales used to be very good in the beginning, but now I'm lucky if I sell one Item a week, and I wouldn't care if my selling prices were high and I was overcharging on postage, but I haven't done so. Some of my stuff is new and some used stuff is good quality, But to top it all, the latest scam on postage fees has seen me fed up with ebay now. I have listed a few things because it was a freeby weekend and I will see how it goes. I came over on here about 2 months ago. Took advantage of the life time subscription etc, and have opened 2 shops. I haven't sold one item yet and I think my selling prices are very reasonable and low compared to some other similar shops as mine. But I guess there is more time yet for people to get to know me, my shops, my ways. I will just plod on. I'm hoping that ebid are pushing our stuff out there worldwide for all to see, and then I have heard that there are a lot of sellers on here struggling. Perhaps it's been the Christmas season, or the bad weather, or people tightening up on the purse strings. We shall see. Good luck to all with your sales.

    @Musicalbox

    Hopefully with 400 items for sale you will start to sell some stuff soon.
