osdor....glad you are here.....but you might be well advised to read the FAQ's on listing (click the help button at the top right of any page, then look on the left). Duplicate listings are not allowed, and may disappear.

I sold my first item on ebid last night. When I logged onto Ebid this morning I was pleasantly surprised at just how little ebid take compared to ebay. This week I'm going to be spending a lot of my time setting up auctions in the hope of moving my business over to ebid.

Well done Paws on your first eBid sale, if feels good doesn't it.

The 'defect' system ebay are changing to in August is awful (putting it mildly). Any cases opened against seller = a defect even if it's opened by accident or seller resolves problem with buyer, defects are not removable. When a buyer clicks 'Contact Seller' the first 2 options automatically open a case, buyer is not informed of this, so just by making an after sales enquiry a case is opened, seller gets an unremovable defect. Neutral as well negative feedback = defect. For small sellers, such as myself, the defects are back dated by 12 months, I'm lucky, currently I only have 2 defects. I could go on and on, but I think the fact that many ebay sellers are coming to eBid shows what we think of ebay's anti-seller actions and attitude.

Honest, reliable seller looking for honest, reliable buyers.
