u-571 was a German u boat. A film I've seen but cannot remember it.

WW11 is an era I love to read about Pat and can only guess of the horrors.

Hollywood is good at skewing a story - notice how large Eagle Squadron was before the US joined the war if you judge from Hollywood films!

Just look at the appalling way they treated the musicians on the Titanic; making them out to be self-serving cowards when the reality was completely different.

Or how it was the Americans who broke the enigma code and saved the world.

I view movies as pure entertainment; if I want to really learn something, I read a book.

why i took history at skool but it was IRA ****e n neva interested me n explains y i just scrapped gcse history
