    Default 100 Sellers Wanted

Just a thought for the day.

If one hundred sellers on here each listed 10 items per day for 7 days that would boost the listings by 7000 in one week.

    What do U think?

    Possible to rally 100 sellers?

Just think what 1000 sellers multiplied by 52 would bring to eBid

I already try to do at least that .

Although if I listed 10 today then it would only be a net gain of 2, as 8 have been sold. I should be able to get 20 listed this evening (so +12) but there is no guarantee there would be a net gain on my listings because who knows what buyers will have done by midnight.

I believe it would be more beneficial to ask the 1,270,866 current members to list 3 additional items where categories need filling. I sell/list Musical instruments and only have 3 drum cymbals listed now which on the US site are the only 3 listed so an additional 3 would double that category.
3 items from each member to fill vacant categories would be an additional 3,812,598 listings taking eBid to over 7 million listings. Listing more of the same IMO would not have the same effect.

I've 15 planned for tonight, but life sometimes has a habit of getting in the way.

Our house is just packed at the moment and really need life to give us a chance to get the back log listed (around 500 items)

Good idea. You'd have to pry the rest of the jools out of my cold dead hands though, LOL.

Seriously, it's almost flea market time, I need to get out a bit and see what's doing.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

    Very good maths but...

How do you (or rather ebid) find 100 such people?
And why would they want to list 700 items when they have not done so now ?

    That is the real question.

Yes you are right, ebid needs a lot more variety, it has enough books, postcards and stamps.
