100 Sellers Wanted

I am unsure if having more listings is really the answer. I have tried many times searching here and can find many of the same items as other sites that have many more viewers. That is the issue. It is the volume of people coming and buying or lack there of I should say. I have been reading and people are trying to differentiate the two sites but if that is the case why are the names so close? Also, that is a big theme for this site because you see the other name at the top of the screen but if you go to the other site you will not find eBid anywhere. Advertising to buyers is the answer not bringing in more sellers.

Lets face it an auction site is an auction site.

There may be one small reason why not so many buyers come here, but I'll save that for one of my series.

Definitely need more buyers but without listings (items) what would the buyers buy?

Just a thought for the day.

If one hundred sellers on here each listed 10 items per day for 7 days that would boost the listings by 7000 in one week.

What do U think?

Just think what 1000 sellers multiplied by 52 would bring to eBid

Well as rip of bay has cut the free liniings down to 20 a month for private sellers this might be possible.

More importantly OP is that eBid needs buyers. So just think what 1000 buyers per day at say £1 per purchase, multiplied by 365 would do.

It would net eBid £7300 for the year.

More importantly ebid needs new buyers and sellers.
And it needs it current buyers and sellers to buy more and list more.

But how to achieve this.
Because it is not happening
