    Default An Error Occurred

'An error occurred - please try again later'

This is the message I get on a black screen whenever I attempt to watch You-Tube or any other video.

I have downloaded Adobe Flash so can't be that.

    Anyone help please?

Have you tried it in different browsers?.

If it's only in one browser clear that browser's cache and try again.

There was a problem last year where it would not work if you had Real Player installed

I've tried all that and updated to latest version of Adobe.

    Still get the error message.

Last year I had a new computer which I installed myself. Consquently there may be conflicting or missing programmes.

Do I need: Adoble Flash Player Plugin; Adobe Flash Player 13 ActiveX; Java; QuickTime.

    Thank you, Graham.

As far as I know, they are all needed.
