Default I think my pocket calculator must be broken

I've just had an email from Ebay outlining their new listing fees. If I understand the new rates correctly for media related products (for example) listed at a start fee of more than a pound the fee has changed. Old fee was 15p per listing, new fee is the first 20 listings free per month then 35p for any subsequent listings. So to make 100 listings with the old rates I would have paid £15. With the new rate I would pay 20 x 0 + 80 x 35p = £28.00.
Apparently (according to Ebay) this is good news for sellers.

Ebid is making far more sense every day.
