    Default ebid logo

Hello. I am trying to open an ebid store but am confused by the 'logo' part, I wrongly assumed it needed to be a photo of some of my items for sale, I downloaded the photo but it is not being accepted - says 'needs logo', help! And does my user name have to be a part of the logo? Babs.

No, your logo does not have to include your user name, your choice.

Why not look at what others have done to get some ideas? http://uk.ebid.net/browse_stores.php

Hello. Many thanks, still trying, not very computer literate so not easy for me, but I am determined to have a go and hopefully open my shop on ebid. Regards, Babs.

    Hi baandbr2010.

maybe it either to big or to small ( your logo) if you go to the picture your trying to upload in the file where it is located on your computer

    1. just click it once
    2. At the top look around and find " EDIT " CLICK
    3. A box will appear with the picture in it, find " RESIZE " Top left click
    4. A little box will pop-up called " Resize and Skew"
    5. Select " Pixels " and un-tick " Maintain aspect ratio "
    6. In the Horizontal box put 310 and the vertical 90 and click ok
    7. When you close the paint window down you will be asked if you want to save the changes, click save.

Now try it again. Good luck with your eBid Store
