Ok, I guess I'm having a brain fart or something, but, I keep seeing TOS in some threads, and I thought TOS meant Terms Of Service, but it doesn't make sense when I see it being used in a different context, so, what else does it mean other than Terms Of Service?

Just shows the problems of using acronyms that others might not understand.

I recently added my bit to this 3.5 million; listed 11 regular + 4 YDC listings few days ago. I received 2 new bids from the 11 regular new listings.

I certainly hope these newly arriving eBayers will stick around for awhile (long while as member + life timers). There are a few threads going that seem to point to an increasingly committed group of newcomers. Hope the signups for members and the trend in increased listings continues.

UK listings up by well over 100,000 listings in last 24 hours. More good news.

That was one of the things, that crossed my mind, about faulty readings.

If the viewing thing is faulty and you can't tell how many have looked at your item, then perhaps other readings are faulty too.

How can we tell if it's all working or not?

I would think an item count on every item listed would be well nigh impossible. New listings are always going up, old ones coming off, listings being sold, or ended, items deleted for being prohibited, second by second it has to change immensely. If the site only updates such things every minute, or every few hours, or every day, it will still never be accurate. I think the best thing to do is look at the trend....is it staying constant, or gaining or decreasing on a daily or weekly basis.
    Ta-Ta for now!

The listing increases made sense. Folks talking about sellers coming over due to recent changes and several help seeking threads from newcomers in the forums.
As far as accuracy in listing numbers. I would imagine they are not exact but fairly close. Page views? I do not know why those would be off but I have seen 20 views on an item in the morning then later in the day the views are down to 17. Hmmm, maybe 3 negative people viewed the item.
