Another really annoying Advert - La Perla

It's getting me down - every time I move my mouse across the thing, it expands to fill much of the screen. I know the site needs ads to survive. I choose not to block them because I want to see what a new buyer might see.

I don't get that advert (maybe your customers don't either). If you clear your cookies it might go away (to be replaced by another of course)

Most likely, the ads you see are served as a result of places you have visited on the web, or searches you have made, or "related" searches you have made. Most ads on web sites are "contextual," meaning they are generated "on the fly" as a consequence of each person's individual browsing habits.

I have never seen the ad you mentioned-- but I get others that seem to "follow me around the web."

I use 'Adblocker' with Firefox- only changed recently, but what a difference! Now I can browse relatively trouble free, whereas with IE I often used to get freezing and computer crashes, and I agree, some of these ads are very annoying and intrusive!

Yes, I know about adblocker, I know about cookies and I know that ads follow me about but this ad is very annoying and I'd like it if eBid arranged for it to be excluded.

Google have added options to turn off expandable ads and enhanced ads, we've taken advantage of both today.
