Cheaver, that's a good email. I usually send an eBid message to the buyer after they purchase, but your email is much more detailed in explaining the way the eBid system works.
On feedback, I leave my buyers feedback after I've shipped and I tell them that's what I'm going to do in that post-purchase eBid message. Here on eBid, feedback can be changed and support is helpful in terms of dealing with feedback that is not warranted.
