Help with logging in please !

Hi all.

I just tried to log into my account and I got a message asking for '' Identification Document Request '' and I am unable to log into my account.

I have been here four years !

It says to upload certain documents that at the moment I do not have to hand, or even have, like a passport, or bank statement ( im paperless ) It also states these have to be from the last 3 months, or import feedback from another site ( I really don't want to do this even though its 100% ) .

Has anyone else got this?

What can I send them? any ideas please .

It seems really odd that they want some identification from you after over 4 years membership. I would recommend you contact support@ebid.net and ask what's up first.
