Do I get a five star rating for this thread?

OK admit it who is rating threads LOL. Like seeing stars is going influence me into picking what I read or not........Erm NO I read the title and decide!

I don't know where people even see the rating stars. I know where to go to rate the thread, and then see the stars, but it's only recently that I was aware of that. Can't imagine why anyone spends any time putting a star on a thread.......who sees it?

I think it is a forum glitch - the star system is glitchy because sometimes if I go to correct what feels like a nasty one star rating it tells me I've already voted when I haven't

I'm pretty sure it's a glitch. I posted a Plug thread a while ago and noticed it immediately had a 1 star, when I tried to change it to a 5 star (I'm sad like that ) it told me I'd already voted! As I hadn't, it was obviously a glitch.

Ditto this. I was made aware of the rating system a little while ago but I'm still not sure where you can see the ratings, not that it matters to this Luddite; like Red said I read what interests me.

Someone is doing 1 star ratings on all threads every day. vBulletin forum software doesn't have this glitch
