I've lost 3 of my ticks
How will I ever learn to cook if I don't get that Cookbook, maybe Hurry can teach me.
There are some super recipes. I can thoroughly recommend Meebo's Kartoffelsuppe.
However, I did find Poppa501's Elephant Stew* a little tough; maybe because the elephant wasn't in season!
* This was a joke recipe at the end of the book and 'not to be tried at home'; just love Poppa's sense of humour. So sad that some of the contributors haven't been seen on the forum for ages.

I am glad the cookbook is so popular. Keep up the good work. We are(once again) having a difficult time with Mil, but I am trying to keep at least some green ticks. Not very successful at the moment. But there is another day.....

Just waved goodbye to last of the brood - on her way back to the Cotswolds - I now am family-less, have an empty house for the first time since Friday - so have been out tick-nicking.
How lovely - I now see a beautiful sea of green ticks!
