This was the first time I had joined in the bidding battles in a YDC auction, it was a great experience.
Of course I was unhappy at winning nothing, but then I thought about it, even if you don't win, you raise the price which means more money for the charity.

So please join in next time everyone, even if you don't win you are helping the charity.

Heres to the next one, I might even join in as a seller next time

Its a shame that I have been a bit tied up with other things, so like you Graham, I didn't get to win anything.
I was the proud owner of 9 green ticks one night when I went to bed although, needless to say, it wasn't long for them to be nicked as soon as my back was turned but, as you say, it still increases the amount going to the good cause.
Thanks to everyone that bid on my one offering, I will try to do better next time.
