It has to be said, and after many years experience in this, it is mainly buyers that do create the problems of which the majority are easily avoided if they would just read things properly lol. I have not had the experience that the thread is originally about with a buyer buying the wrong item but as people are commenting, it is about buyers reading information that is there for them, and we have received questions from buyers asking if we combine postage costs despite it stating on EVERY listing that we do lol. It just goes to show how little buyers actually read of sellers listings. Buyers do tend to look at images more than anything and a lot paying very little attention to titles and colour choices, hence making the mistake of buying pink water bottles for a boy lol. Homer Simpson moments, we all have them lol.

Indeed buyers absorb pictures more than text. In an effort to increase listings it would appear the pictures in the listing is not what is listed.
Why is there a picture of three when the listing is for one?
Sorry but hasn't this been an issue in the past? If you're selling one then picture one!

Yep, see that that all the time (especially on eBay), someone listing an individual item yet using a stock image that represent a "pack" or they have taken their own image of the pack and use it to sell single items from that pack while the buyers pay little attention to the information in the title and the item description with regards to colour etc. and whether it is a single item or not. Sellers should spend the time doing individual images if they intend to sell something singular and buyers at the same time should pay more attention to detail and in a perfect world that would be great, until then, this kind of thing will continue to happen lol..
