Yes, I agree they should. I guess some would abuse it, but then there's genuine muppets like me, where some days if there's a way of messing something up, I'll do it. My brain is together at the moment.

without knowing what coin was going to be used for the seller was great. I paid immediately, as I didn't want seller to think I was messing him about due to my mistake. Seller sent cash refund over the amount I intended to bid with the one penny coin, very generous of seller and totally unexpected.
