I sell vinyl stickers/decals. All come in a choice of 25 colours and some of them come in as many as 12 sizes, with the option of a normal or reverse cut.

    25 x 12 x 2 = 600.

And that is for one item alone. I have hundreds of designs. Work out the math.

Isn't it multilistings that buyers on TOS complain bitterly about as sellers tend to use photo of dearest item and price of cheapest in the multilisting, or is that considered as abuse of the multilisting...

I'm off shopping now, won't be around for a couple of hours

Never heard that meself, I use multilistings for most of mine, and generally use a pic of all combinations for the general pic, and the price starts as the lowest I think automatically

Is multi-variation same as multi-listing? as it's multi-variation what the complaints are about. As I don't use anything like that, don't if they are the same thing, or different.

I would like to see this change too. There are several items I've considered getting for sale however lack of this feature would make it too tedious to list all of them individually.

I know eBay has this feature. I've not only seen it there on many listings but also used it there on some of my own listings.

Also, remember, that more listings equals more exposure.

    Just something to think about.

Yes I love the fact of more listings and individual and a set pre paid price however

eg an 18th birthday gift with a choice of 6 charms and 6 designs we do not want to have listing 36 different listings...

Yes its great we can now have 1st birthday - 1 listing
    2nd birthday - listing
    ...
    16th
    18th

    - rather than 1 - 100 in one listing as we cant afford to do them individually...

    however we don't want
    - 18th, angel, pink
    - 18th clover pink....
    -18th angel blue
    - 18th clover blue
    ... up to 36
    1st - 36 listings etc
    2nd - 36 listings

... same for 1 type of anniversary gift ..... same for 2nd type of anniversary gift and so on...

    ;-)
Our general listings page - anything that you may have seen elsewhere, that is not yet listed, happy to set up the listing :-)

What do you mean you can't afford to list them individually? Listings are free

I would like to see this feature too. Lack of it is preventing me from listing several similar items that I have slight variations of.

I know for a fact that eBay has this capability (with multiple levels of it, which I've used in the past) so why not be able to do it on eBid too?

Afford in regards to time and maintenance

In the 3 - 4 months we have been here we have only had time to list about 250 which is less than 100 a month and we still have SO many to go as well as other stock we had to stop / reduce elsewhere which would be nice to do.

We also have sometimes only listed 1 or 2 variations to give an idea and then add to for any other enquires.

No point saying about the gizmons to help - we cant use them AND it also as others have said makes it messy and difficult for buyers when so many listings for a certain colour or other.

Yes once paid for all listings free - wonderful
How they can be individual without extra costs - wonderful

However this would be a real help for many :-)
Also being able to edit titles AND descriptions once they are up, yes I know you can free of charge cancel and relist however when people have things watched etc its often for 6 months hence and then the fact they have disappeared when needed is NOT helpful.

TOS to my knowledge has always allowed description changes - and now title changes :-)
So the same thing can be easily searched for with 2014 - then changed to 2015 with little fuss and no relisting needed
Our general listings page - anything that you may have seen elsewhere, that is not yet listed, happy to set up the listing :-)

Multiple or drop down box listings don't work with every category,

Example Football Programmes, if I was to do a search on another site for Team A v Team B the results give me Team A v Team B "as well as" v`s Teams C to Z, ie the drop down box gives me Team C/D/E/F etc v Team A & Team C/D/E/F etc v Team B but "NO" Team A v Team B which I set out to search for in the first place, so basically say there are 100 Team A v Team B items + 100 drop down box listings which have no relevance to my search (but I have to still sift through them!) makes only 50% of the listings relevant to my search, as here on Ebid if I search for Team A v Team B all the listings that show up are relevant to my search, that's 100%!.
Another problem with them is prices ie the price range says £1.00 to £50.00 when you click on the item(s) you've got a Nail for sale at £1.00 and the next item you've searched for is £10.00 which is cheaper elsewhere down the listings (if you know what I mean).

Multiple & drop down box listings arnt working on the other site for "all/certain categories", they may work for "Size 8 Red shoes" but not for "Collectables".

What many people forget is the other site has moved away from the Collectables & the 2nd hand market and gone for the big business sellers where the drop down box listings works for them, Ebid is not that kind of site.
