I'm not sure if ebid will refund your fv fees or not but you might give that a try.

I also hope this wasn't a first time buyer that will be disappointed in ebid and blame everyone for their bad experience.

I mentioned that in my response earlier.

Tongue in cheek, I'd point out that I'd be rather wary of dealing with a Ferengi, since they're well known to be primarily focussed on acquisition of gold pressed latinum rather than good customer service!

Maybe it's not too late for some name changes and relaunch your business?
I think I'd avoid that kind of seller too!

That is how I was looking at the original post.

When I look at the sellers feedback it just shows that feedback was imported. If it was changed from negative to positive then wouldn't it show like it did when it was a negative. It no longer shows the auction link as well.

I perused through some of the OP's listings. Some listings and the return policies are vague if not misleading. The OP should look at them again and make the necessary changes. Also if a claim against this seller is filed with PayPal, the buyer will surely receive a full refund and the restocking fee is out the window. Another questions is who removed the FB, eBid or the customer? The OP has their work cut out for them.

Also, drop shipping leaves you at the mercy of that companies shipping and handling which can lead to nightmares.

I was talking about the neg FB the OP gave to his buyer, he has changed it to a pos FB but left the same wording:
Buyer is impatient, offered full refund less restocking fee.

The feedback for this transaction isn't showing on my end. This could be from cleaning my history on the browser. The only neg I see now is a NPB. Someone removed the FB's. I'm sure it wasn't the buyer.
