Have you tried contacting them through the email address? It may be that as they have paid they haven't thought about logging in to eBid again, just expecting the item to be on its way.

Like you, I have always checked with buyer if the paypal address is different.

Not yet. That will be my next contact method. Seems a bit strange when people buy, and do not return here. But a buyer does not know the ropes (ASL) necessarily. Their email address is the only information that matches exactly, so will try to reach them there.

Well, I was able to get a response from my buyer pretty quickly via the email route. They still did not answer in ASL. So all information confirmed. So maybe there are buyers that only come in to buy, pay, and go on their way awaiting delivery. They thanked me for the follow up contact.

Thats good news, well done.
I think if someone googled and went onto a retail website, filled in their details and paid for the item, they wouldn't necessarily think about looking on the website for any update.

Something to remember, if you do not send it to the address they have on file with paypal you will not be covered by papal's seller protection.

Yes, that is correct. Buyer gave the green light for the PayPal address, with c/o name. Just added c/o (attn) information to the label.

I have done it this way in the past without a problem. Delivery went fine; never got response in ASL.

Speaking of how long........I wonder how long it will take to make another sale on eBid, if my listings are not showing on GS?
