cant' upload logo for my new shop

Hi, i an new to ebid and trying to open my first shop. have created a logo in word, but can not upload it from word.

what am I doing wrong. could the logo be the wrong size, what font should i use. please help.

Hi Cath, have you forgotten how you set up your first shop for St Clare's Hospice in 2012 lol!

no I have not forgotton. just designed in word and it will not let me upload from there.

Have you created an image file or not? Is that the problem?

A store logo is a 310 pixel wide by 90 pixel high image in .gif or .jpg format.

Going to have to leave it for a while. Just started using windows 8. Its driving me crazy. But i will get used to it.
