Add Japan

On the check off list for international shipments (countries to ship to), I would suggest adding Japan.

The Japanese (and South Koreans) can be very good customers and the Japanese postal system is excellent, If Brazil (which can be problematic) is on the list, so should Japan.

I asked for this a couple of years ago. When we were selling on TOS we had many very good customers from Japan.

When eBid added Brazil, I was annoyed. Brazil has some of the most restrictive import laws of any country. For example, NO used items are allowed, so those of us who sell vintage collectibles (almost always used) are out of luck. I always uncheck the country on my International list. Japan, on the other hand, has very reasonable rules.

Yes please, I've asked for Japan to be added before too. I used to have some very good customers from there when I sold on TOS .

Japan is essentially a very important country for all of us situated in the west....i must agree that the inclusion of Brazil is highly questionable....not only do they have a customs service that is painfully slow, but the postal service a whole is corrupt.
Likewise i always make certain that i offer no listings to this country.
