How Do I Cancel My Ebid Account?

I keep getting charged $2.00 every 7 days. I want to cancel my account and stop getting charged.

try to email support@ebid.tv otherwise there was an introductory offer for free lifetime membership for U.S members. Dunno if this is still avaliable.

Well, I cancelled my subscription on 16th April 2005 or at least I sent an email cancelling requesting its cancellation.

Got a reply yester (1/6/05) saying it had been cancelled.

Only a fortnight !

So if you are cancelling your sub, make sure you do it quickly as most pobably it will overlap the next payment and you will be charged again

You still have 3 auctions running so you can't cancel your subscription.

Cancel your auctions then go into your My eBid Subscription area and cancel your seller subscription by choosing to downgrade to buyer status. You will then not receive any more ebid fees and not be able to sell.

You cant cancel .How do you reach them by email. Cant. When I called the BBB they have had may complaints about people getting charged and not being able to cancel.

If you subscribed by PayPal you should be able to cancel the subscription from within your PayPal account - Otherwise you would need to contact support as this is just a forum

Keep in mind that a subscription is an automatic process, its not like there is some guy behind a curtain trying to rip you off. You just need to try to understand the process and deal with it.
