Are there going to be problems when http://uk.ebid.net/for-sale/B00B1OXJ...-130306946.htm ends in a couple of hours?

I think it should have been taken out of eBid's store Buddy Point Sales category. Hopefully nobody bidding still thinks it is for Buddy Points and not real money.

Samsung actually makes many cameras of this genre for the "big" names - Nikon springs to memory.

Like I said before this should of been ended and reset as a buddy auction as would of gone for that camera if on buddy as got too many must use them all up

Maybe eBid will put the newer version on a buddy point auction - I can get to 53 buddy points so don't any of you outbid me

Then again, maybe the winner will put their win into a charity auction.
Then again, did eBid give the winner the camera for buddy points rather than £'s?
Then again, maybe eBid will make a mistake like this again and one of you will be watching and win!

eBid have the same right as anyone else to sell as they wish. That this was due to an initial error does not change that. The fact that keeping it as a cash sale didn't suit you is irrelevant. The only issue was, as I stated, it was left in the Buddy category of their store which had the possibility of causing confusion.
