Japanese Souvenir Sheet

Does anyone know what the souvenir sheet in the attached image is about? I assume it is a souvenir sheet ! The chrysanthemum and lettering suggest it is Japanese, but I have no idea what it commemorates.

The Japanese script at the top translates as:

切手趣味週間記念 = Stamp hobby weekly commemoration





I think this one was issued in 1947 - if you google search by the Japanese characters it will take you to a few examples.

Thanks Deano. I didn't know you could search Japanese characters on Google - it is amazing what further education these forums provide. I will have a look later - off to the seaside now to enjoy a beer in the sun (if it lasts).
