asking to pay another 49 quid !!

i have already payed the £49 lifetime membership last yr.....havent listed anything yet as been busy with other things - went on today to list some things - told me to update my card details...fair enough, i had moved house over the last yr....done that and hit submit, ...went to list again, and was told to upgrade to seller plus for only £49....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LAST £49 I PAYED for lifetime membership ??

now showing as just - SELLER - so where is my £49 went to please

i hope so my friend...aint very happy here .....haven't has the chance to list anything on here yet...so thought i might give it a go today....dam sure i aint pay another £49

A friend had a similar happening .... contacted support, all sorted.

There are various reasons it can happen, I cant remember the reasons given to him (he was also inactive, also very busy, days to short) however all easily sorted out. Ideally have your first payment info if you can :-)

Might have something to do with the fact you now have a different address than the one you registered with....if you didn't tell support before....no doubt they will sort it quickly!
