    Thumbs up Identification Document Request

As mentioned in the login loop thread, I too am getting the Request for information to prove my account.

It is annoying to be locked out of an account I've paid for.

I have added the code to my eBay About Me page (which doesn't exist, it's now a Profile) in the hope I'll be free to access my eBid account once again.

    For those interested (35d60219ea): http://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/0ld.1ron

I shall email support which is also advised within this forum to try and expedite things... support@ebid.net

The title of this thread is to help others find a quick solution to this annoying issue.

Let you know how it goes...

    [EDIT]

That was bl**dy quick! Feel an apology coming on.

Sorry for my former rant. I can now log in and without an email to support.

    Thank you eBid team

Hi Tony. Long time no type. I should pop in for a few for a catch up. I'll see what mid week brings. Catch you there.

So, the moral of this post is be patient before a rant in the forums as eBid personnel are REAL people and not machines.

Good on you for the apology OP.
