"refund" option???

Hi,

There used to be an option under the sales to apply for a "sales refund" after buyer backed out of the sale.
I have people that buy but never hear from them again.

There used to be an "apply for ales refund" option, but I no longer see it.

Anybody figure this out?

I'm presuming you mean the fvf refund.It's still there in the drop down menu on the ASL.

You have to send at least 2 payment reminders first, mark as a NPB, and leave negative feedback before the option to reclaim fvf re-appears in the ASL.

Right! I meant "sales". But I Imagine that could work. Just get everyone blitzed! haha

Thanks for the tip, and link. I didnt notice that there was a 3 day wait period before it would show up.
This particular time I may have inadvertantly messed it up. Because I had left a positive feedback for the buyer by accident. And now I had to go back and edit it. So, it may never show up now in the drop down. Only a $1 anyways. Just have to be more careful with that next time.
