different price for upgrade

i I just joined e-bid and would like to upgrade to Seller+
On Ebid.net it says price to upgrade SELLER+ Lifetime October Offer is C$37.49
I clicked on that link but it took me to a blank page so I guess it didn't go through?

Later on I opened my e-mail and there is a promotional mail from Ebid saying that price to upgrade is $ 49.99
which price is correct?
I don't think my first transaction went through, but if it did, I will have to cancel until I know the correct price
I submitted a ticket, but I'd like to know if any new member experienced the same when signing up?

You are absolutely right. I also can see the C$37.49 as well. Very conflicting indeed! You need to wait until support get back to you to sort this out.

Ii suspect it has something to do with the country you are registering in. I believe the fee is pprox 49 pounds, the US is in dollars, and CA would be Canadian............I believe I read somewhere that not only is there the matter of different currencies, but possibly different end amounts for different countries. Maybe to encourage sellers in other places.

So that is the offer price and the normal price is given as C$74.99 - so where does the C$49.99 in the email come from?

I do believe the OP is a newly registered eBidder joined Tue 14 Oct 2014 16:08:54 (EDT) but having problems trying to upgrade to seller+ lifetime and receiving conflicting payment amounts.

my first attempt to purchase Seller+ was made within 2 hrs after validating my Ebid account.
Support has fixed the problem and I managed to purchase Seller+ within 24 hrs after validation.
