Wrong number of listings on 'About Me' page

I have 1,757 listings at the moment but my 'About Me' page is showing that I have 1,795. Think something has gone wrong with the counter after the updates this morning.

That count has never been reliable. The only one that is is when you go to "other listings"

Ours is wrong too. Showing 8,174 on the All About Me page, but the correct total of 8,142 when I go to the listings pages. As Madelaine says, that number has never been reliable, I panicked a couple of years ago when the total was too low (that's scarier) and she helped me figure it out.

I know it has gone wrong before but it has been quite stable over the last few months and has now gone wonky again after the updates this morning.

If anyone is moving stock around to new categories within their shops then there will be an additional ghost count on the moved listing(s). This will be more likely at the moment because of the extra sub-categories we now have available to use.

So if 2 items are moved from one cat to another then the count reads 4 until the next system reload as it picks up the 2 in the new category and also 2 ghosts from the old category. But there is only 2 items - not 4.

No I haven't moved anything Deano and the number has now shot up to 1,822 !!!

I see what you mean. Something has gone a little bit haywire, you are now on 1,823. Even accounting for my moving stuff around I realize that I have around +1,000.

My numbers are out by 1 as well. And this morning I only did three relists, none new. So don't know where the discrepancy lies.

The number of running that I going by is when I go to About Me and click on the number of listings. The number that shows on the About Me itself is way off ... way over.
