Thread: Bulk upload help please

  1. #1

    Default Bulk upload help please

Some of my stock is listed as closing 10 days after first bid. I want to change this to B.I.N. I exported all my listings to an Excel spreadsheet, altered the column I to immediate with 10 reposts, changed column Z to o for overwrite, saved as .txt file and bulk uploaded...but nothing changed.
    HELP!! Please

Have you got a BuyNow price in the listings? Column P on the spreadsheet.

Have you taken the 10 out of column J?

Okay, see what the bulk upload file states for the failure.

Go to My Options/My bulk upload and click.
Scroll down to My eBid bulk uploads.
Under spreadsheet name, click the top one.
Under 'failed' click 'view log' which should give you the answers that you seek.

Can you give us the filename of the bulk upload you are referring to. You have many bulk uploads in your account currently.

Did you take a look at the error log, perhaps this will let you know any reasons we were unable to update.

    Thanks,

OK, this was given the filename spikesbooks2320141114120209.txt in My Bulk Upload

It shows in My Bulk Upload as having Passed : 41 and Failed : 343

It is currently awaiting you to manually launch/process the 41 passed listings.. Can you hold off manually launching while we investigate things.

    Thx.
