Uploaded a new banner for my store - still shows old one

please forgive me as i get easily confused with the techy stuff. I am venturing back onto Ebid after a long time away and have updated my store banner log. It's uploaded ok but i cannot seem to get it it to show up. It still has my old one with the art deco lady as below.
Can someone tell me how i go about correcting this please.

just to add, when you click on the old banner it takes me to the page (no sales yet) and in the top left hand corner is my new picture which i want to be at the bottom of any threads

So it's not your store banner that is the issue but the image showing in your forum posts?
