Can I set prefs to block all 'outside UK' listings

Part of the reson that I dont sit for hours and 'browse' on ebid is because I dont seem to be able to set a preference to UK ONLY listings. I cant be bothered to start clicking around setting prefs every time I search for every item.

I have no interest in buying or selling from/to outside uk, and never will ( I am sure a lot of US users feel the same way re. US only) so, it this possible? as the majority of listings are US, so I dont even bother to search on here to be honest as it is too much hassle and just a waste of energy.

This obviously stops me buying on here, which is surely bad for ebid? ( I hate the fact that I still buy on egreed! but at least I can find UK only items there!)

Can this be done? and how?

Go to 'advanced search' on the right of the green bar at the top of the page and you will see a dropdown list of countries and categories there.

Hi, yes thanks, I can already go to 'more search options' (top right) so that I dont have to retype search details twice.
Similar to greedbay, but there it is only 1 click, here it is 2. for EVERY search.

I think my bigger issue is that I cannot see sellers country until AFTER I have clicked on the listing details. Which results in mostly wasted time.
I live in the countryside and we have a VERY slow connection. So unfortunately have to wait for every click, nothing is instant here. Even on our new macs!

So this site is still just too cumbersome to use. Which is a shame.

It is a U.K. site, it's HQ is in Surrey. I find you can usually tell if things are from overseas by looking at the postage column. If it says 'calculate' or has a high postage rate then it is more than likely not from the U.K. Not ideal I know but better than nothing !

It would be useful if eBid could maybe put some indication like a little flag for the country of origin.
