Have just had a buyer from Cyprus buy 3 items on BIN, and now eBid has thrown her off the site.

Don't we accept buyers from Cyprus?

As far as I am aware, Cyprus is on the eBid list. I recommend you contact support@ebid.net and ask them what the problem is.

I think I know what the problem is as she gave her home address in the UK [after eBid refused to recognise her Cyprus address] as that is where her bank is, but of course her ISP/computer is in Cyprus.

I see her user name is crossed out, but it looks like I can still send her an invoice!

This is a contact via a Facebook Lacemakers' group who is quite interested in joining eBid so I don't want to lose her, so shall contact support forthwith.
