We have emailed the Buyer and asked them to contact you through the Q&A on listing ID...
We hope there is a satisfactory outcome.
This just proves that eBid needs to make changes to the messaging system. When a potential customer asks a seller a question, they should be able to communicate with the potential customer without having to wait for them to ask more questions. eBid could also allow the seller to respond to a question multiple times.
