The option to reclaim the fvf's wasn't available on the drop menu....and this was at the 9 day point...it seems that for fvf's to be reclaimable the non payment process should be completed befor 3 days have elapsed from the date of original "sale"....otherwise, and obviously it looks as though fvf's cannot be reclaimed.

You will have the option to claim back your Final Value Fees 3 days after the second payment reminder has been posted in the After Sale Log (ASL). You must have left Negative or Neutral feedback and reported the bidder as an NPB (non paying bidder). You will then see the option 'Refund Final Value Fee' in the ASL drop down menu. Reclaimed fees are recredited to your eBid account.

3 days after the second payment reminder is the relevent part here.

That's clearer....oddly though as i mentioned earlier....my latest failed sale i left for a period of 9 days and after following the correct procedure the "refund final value fee" option was not present in the ASL.

I see one NPB today.. hit many sellers here on eBid. So far that NPB has 30 Negatives....
