You could try looking at this site

http://www.ipligence.com/geolocation

It should give you your ip address, and where in the world it thinks you are (based on the ip) on mine it corectly identifies my provider and city, but points to Taunton on the map, still UK so close enough

The Atlantic Ocean just off Africa......... if my memory serves me correctly that means the network is cloud based.
