Making Partial Refunds Via Skrill

I am currently running a promotional discount on my listings of 5% off item cost, for the use of Skrill as a payment method. I made a sale and the buyer paid before I sent the invoice. "PAID IN FULL" invoice sent to buyer, including discount amount to be refunded.

How do you do a partial refund for a Skrill payment?

Found it on the site. Works similar to Paypal, except the fees are much less.

Well, I did not see a refund button, so clicked "send payment button"; then sent via email.

Just seen this topic - I think that's how I did it when I had to do a refund.
