Thank you, Gazza! Most of my stamp and coin customers buy in batches. I've never had this problem, but it was worrisome because most of my customers recently have been brand new eBid members.

AND I have to say . . .

I don't think sellers on the other sites will ever see a response like this, directly from a human being in Support.

If you could ever get a response they would deny that it happens.
Then they would tell you it's your fault.
