    Default Feedback on Ebid

    My last negative feedback is dated 2013. Now it' 2015. It still is there according to Ebid rules. My last two neutral feedbacks relates to 2013. There was a Royal Mail strike.I've asked my customers (two) at the time, to give me feedback as I was willing to know if they've received their items. I've received two neutral feedbacks. As Ebid rules, the feedback will stay forever. This is amazing. The points in your driving license just disappear after some time. Now 338mpu leaving Ebid shortly.Kind regards

    Eek, don't go, we need all the pottery sellers we can get ! I know you are a good seller as I've bought some lovely things from you in the past.

    support@ebid.net ) to review your feedback and give them a detailed report of each one you feel is unjustified and the reasons why. I had one unfair feedback a few years ago and I asked them to take a look and said I would leave it up to them to decide if it was unfair or not and they decided to remove it for me. It's worth a try as I would hate to lose you from the pottery section.

    What Cornish said. I've heard support will remove unfair neg's and have read on these forums where they have done so, at least give it a try before you make any other decisions.

    I don't think that sort of feedback makes any difference to buyers. I have not bothered to have my negs removed even though each buyer had the refund they could have expected - one said no thank you, so I didn't refund her!

    The neutrals are an irrelevance anyway and there is nothing about the negatives that warrant their removal. Removing negative feedback just because the recipient doesn't like it would make the feedback system here totally pointless.
