I've noticed that very few people use 'Plug Your Auctions'. Is there a reason for this?

I use it quite often and it works very well for me but I don't like to over use it, Tony, as it gets boring and off-putting.

I use it and I believe it has generated sales for me but I can't prove it.

I have purchased from Olivia after reading her plug thread, and from other sellers too, so it does work for some.
It just depends on if the person reading the plug thread is intersted in the item(s) being plugged or not...
