Buddy Points for liking/following eBid

New to EBid... I liked Ebid from my Facebook.... And I followed EBid from my Pinterest Account. How do I receive Buddy Points for doing so? (I tried following link on Ebids help pages... But did not work... So went directly to my Pinterest and FB accounts which are under my personal name. I am not all that great with computer). Thank you.

Hi, I have to admit I do not have any social media sites, so I may not be of much help. When did you make these links. (Bear in mind that it is the weekend at the moment, plus in the UK we also have a public (Bank) Holiday here tomorrow (Monday). So if the award process is manual rather than automatic the person who runs it will probably not return to work til Tuesday. However the best I can suggest (if you get no other replies is to contact support using this link: http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php

You should get an automated responce giving a support ticket number. This will be followed up later with an answer from a real live human, which should give you an answer to your query.
